"From start to finish the roofing crew worked hard and cleaned up their messes daily and I appreciate that. The new roof has given my house a new more modern look and I am really glad I got the right company for the job. Thank you AZ Roofing for a job well done. Storm"

"Excellent customer service, follow through, and pricing! They did a beautiful job and left the site clean!!!! They have done work for me twice. They did tile roof, foam roof, and rolled roof. Trustworthy, hire THEM!"

"Charlie and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with! Had a leak in my roof from the monsoons and Charlie made sure the roof leak got repaired quickly. To prevent further issues we decided to replace the entire roof. Took the team 2 and a half days to remove, replace, and reinstall the tiles on my roof. This was one of the biggest repairs we have had to do on our home and Charlie made it as painless as possible. Would highly recommend this company."

"This company and its employees epitomize professionalism. From sales through acceptance, everyone was friendly and respectful. After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. We gladly would hire Spencer’s Roofing again. Although, they do such quality work, we likely won’t need to call them for 20 years!"

"The painting of our home was done with expert attention to detail and even fix some damage that was on our home in a couple of places. He also repaired some stucco a on our fence and advised us of some the need of rubberized coating on our patio roof which he also did. He and his crew were very thorough in the work, cleanup and fair in their price with a discount on roof coating because he was already here. He also took extra time in helping us choose our colors. Our home looks fabulous. Super happy. We highly recommend him. Bob & Ann"

"Jose did an outstanding job repairing some roof tiles on my home. His attention to detail was second to none — he even reused matching tiles from the back of the roof so the front would look flawless, and the end result looks fantastic. He was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about doing it right. I’ll definitely be calling Jose for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend!"

"I am so happy that Charlie came and fixed my roof. It was leaking, missing shingles and had some damage from a storm a few years back. Now, it looks like new! Not only did he do a great job fixing it up, but he also coated it with some sort of gel that will help protect it for years to come. Its amazing how much of a difference it made in the overall appearance of my house. The Charlie at CJS was super professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my roof in the future. I highly recommend Charlie to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. His expertise and attention to detail was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the final result"

"Jimmy was very prompt and went about and boring in repairing my tile roof."

"I had several people come out to quote for a roof repair. This was the only company that took the liberty of getting on the roof, checking underneath the tiles, and thoroughly explaining the issue to me while giving me a solution. Every other inquiry I made did not match up to these guys. What also helped us make our decision was seeing their portfolio of other similar jobs. The price was so low, I didn't even have to go through insurance. The job including clean up only took two hours; I will definitely be hiring them for future work."

"I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."
