He suggested replacing the old fixtures in the bathroom and updating the plumbing system within the wall. He also redid my closet where the water was leaking down to and patched up the entrance. My bathroom was also retiled in some areas, recaulked to make it water-tight, and repainted to give it a fresh look. Recently we noticed our house was getting much warmer and our whole house fan wasn?t able to cool us down. So I recontacted Usman to add additional ventilation to my roof and he was out the next day to talk about my needs and give me an estimate. He gave me a fair quote, kept me well informed on the time line for when they could start/complete the project, and followed through.
