"Working with C&M was an incredible experience! We gutted our first and second floor and did a complete remodel. It required us to move out for 3 months. Matt, Jose and his guys started ON TIME, finished ON TIME and stayed WITHIN BUDGET! I never got hit with ridiculous add-ons or delays and Matt was incredibly communicative and respectful of my time and requests. The pricing was incredibly fair and transparent (and I got quotes from 5 contractors prior to C&M). I did not even have a punch list when we were done! His team is incredibly efficient, respectful and clean. The work was done beautifully and all of C&M recommendations were sound and just as reliable and honest as their company. I had renovated my basement when I first moved in and that project was a very different, not so easy and much more expensive experience. I am so sorry I did not know about C&M then and would NEVER do another job without them as my contractor. I cannot recommend them enough and promise you that if you decide to work with them, you will understand just how accurate this review is."

"I hired Gaudioso Contracting for a bathroom remodel, washing machine plumbing installation, new floor installation and doors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work. Change orders were added on as needed for our project without issue. The quote I was given was broken down by line item and very accurate. I was also in frequent communication via email, text, and FaceTime throughout the entire renovation process to ensure line items were addressed. I did not use their design services (which are offered) as I already had everything established and ready to order. The vendors that were suggested to me worked out well for our flooring needs. While the rooms in our apartment were protected from mess and dust, we had to request additional protection in our kitchen for cabinets and countertops. All in all, I am very satisfied with all of the work, I've recommended them to some friends and neighbors, as well as re-hired them for an upcoming job."

He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly. "I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. The quality of the work was excellent, the walls being very flat and lines straight. They started on the date planned and completed the project within the time estimate. Mr. G and his crew were very courteous, protected my floor and non-painted surfaces (wood, brick, bookcase), and worked with me to get the details right. Baseboard work and crown moulding work by carpenter Fernando was highest quality, being very straight and adjusting to floor height. I would hire Metropolitan again for my next project."
