Whether it's 6 am or 10 pm. He or one of his guys (blade the Man) will be there. Not only does he do the job, you know he does it right. It's the busiest season, so Jim and his team work long days to finish the job. I had a really difficult short in my generator, and in the end, Jim needed to field-fix my PC board.
