They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."

No dusting was completed. Vacuuming was completed. Only stayed 1.5 hours for $175. I would not recommend nor use again. "
