"Mr. Gregory promptly returned my call and came the very next day to give me an estimate and perform the service. I have a large property with many trees, most of which had lost their leaves. Removing them was a monumental task. Mr. Gregory worked from 9:30 a.m. until it became dark and then returned the next morning to finish the task. He'd given me an estimate before he realized how long the leaf removal would take and did not raise his price even though the job took many more hours than he anticipated.
