Project was slotted for two days, they arrived on time and with all the materials required to restore my Master Bathroom to immaculate new built home look in one day! "The engagement started very positive with a very professional consultation and estimate process, but then quickly went downhill from there. Lack of surface prep left paint ridden with debris. I have never seen such poor execution of a fairly simple process. However, that was not even the worst part of the whole interaction with Five Star Painting. When expressing these concerns to Five Star Painting's project manager, I was met with extreme hostility and an absolute lack of understanding. Instead of having a discussion about my concerns it was immediately escalated to a "production manager" - almost as if this happens quite often . . . For a paint company, they sure do not understand paint, let alone customer care."

"I was initially satisfied with Alejandro Plaster & Stucco. I chose to go with them I chose to believe the positive reviews. Work was performed but communication once hired wasn't great. After paying, they were supposed to do some finishing up with touch-ups. After several times contacting them, they came back. Some days they wouldn't show up when he said they would, and I got no communication about that. They were supposed to come back a few times from what was communicated to me, but they have yet to show. The back of my house still needs to be finished with touch-ups because the paint work is clearly undone. We have reached out several times and gotten no response. I don't know how I'm supposed to trust that they'll honor their warranty on the stucco and paint if they can't even honor their word to come finish touching up what they already did. I wanted to be able to leave a good review and refer them to other neighbors needing stucco work done, but I cannot do that now."

Carlos did a nice job with communication , provided a detailed estimate and was prompt to reply and started project on time as well as finished ahead of schedule. They were also very neat an cleaned up after they were done with the job. If you have painting you need done I would recommend JC Painting."
