"Brad found the clay liner mortar joints were all broken due to water and age. He took pictures to show me. He provided a quote to repair and said it probable was not worth cleaning since the chimney insides needed to be replaced. I agreed. Will call in them spring for the repairs. I appreciated Brad's honesty and professionalism."
