The icing on the cake was the dryer vent cleaning... i was shocked to find out how clogged my dryer vent was. No doubt it would have caused a fire. Jose (very professional and cordia) went to the roof and unplugged the lint in the vent from the top part of the vent. Worth every dollar spent."
