"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"Don and Sig C. The exterior of our home needed everything replaced -- roof, gutters, siding and windows -- so we know it was a project that would need a contractor who understood the necessity of completing the entire job in stages and in a professional way. DL Design Construction, with the advice and guidance of the owner Dmitriy and also his crew, were very helpful and also just did a superb job of turning our older home into a home that we are now very proud of and it looks like a new home instead. Their estimate was right on to what it ended up and although we had to have extras once the walls were uncovered, which we expected, it was still well worth what it cost. They were very courteous and professional at all times. We would highly recommend DL Design Construction and hope to have them back here for any future projects."

"They worked hard removing all the finish and applying the first coat of stain and sealant. They have come back two more time to sand and reveal to ensure a smooth finish as requested. They are always on time. I would reuse their service Nice people

"
The experience went very good overall. Clayton, the owner, was very professional. He came out and gave me an estimate for the drywall repairs and kitchen remodeling work. He was referred to me by another contractor and we were happy with the results. He always came out when he said he would and he finished the job on time so i could get my next tenant in the home. The work was clean and the walls and kitchen look great!"

"Very well, they came out inspected the roof found a few broken tiles, and explained the process and need for the work to determine the leak location and fix. They scheduled the work, and were on time and cleaned up to the point we could not tell they were here."

"GREEN NRG DID THE THEY LOOK FOR A GOOD CONTRACTOR TO INSTALLED THE ROOF THEY DID AND THE INSTALLED THE SOLAR SYSTEM."

"Spectrum One is our choice over and over again for renovating our home, which was built in the 1960s. Dennis comes out and looks at the scope of the project and gets back to you in a timely manner with an incredibly detailed and professional proposal. He takes into account your vision for the home and offers suggestions for improving the project or explains how the team can make that vision come to life. The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate. We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed a third project with Spectrum One that included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms. Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build!"
