Took photos of all the issues and presented us with two estimates, and by far, having all of the roof vents repaired and sealed properly, even though their estimate on the leaking vent was middle range, made our decision to hire them a no brainer. "Bryan Nelson came to our home for the $47 check up and cleaning. He went over everything with us and showed us what repairs needed to be done to our system. He was here for quite a while, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We decided to get a new more efficient furnace rather than put the money into repairing our current one. Furnace was installed on 12/4/17 and both installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. Took about 6 1/2 to 7 hours to install. I have had questions and some issues that I needed them to come take a look at and they were very responsive and sent someone out to check things for us. Everything is working as it should be. I trust Arlinghaus and feel comfortable dealing with them."

David also replaced our deck, detailed a shower, and installed vented ceiling fans in two bathrooms. "We had a 20' spruce tree knocked over by a storm. We also had a  transformer hit by lightning. When the power company replaced the transformer they had to cut down part of a large, nearby bush. I called a different tree service company and received an estimate I thought was pretty high. I called Sang Tree Service and received a quote that was very reasonable. They also offered to haul away the debris from the bush at no charge. They said they would be there in the morning. They arrived at around 8am and got right to work. We asked if they could cut down the remainder of the bush and they said no problem. They cut down the bush, removed the spruce, raked the yard and blew off the driveway and were gone in 30 minutes. We were so happy with the timeliness and good service we added $50 extra to the check to show our appreciation. <br />"
