Transparent estimate and honest about pricing and what was included. Scheduling was right on time, and they took care of coordination with AEP and the county inspector, including the permits. We got estimates from others that were including work we didn't have to do, and it made a $4k difference in the estimates. Tech Connect didn't oversell or push what we didn't need, and they are worth 5 stars! We had our drop and electric meter replaced. We did not have to do any inside work. The drop was set up in conduit for protection from the elements, which had seriously deteriorated our original, causing rain to drain down."

Their work shows experience and will stand up with any contractors. They installed the floor, backsplash, a new microwave and under cabinet lighting as well as a ceiling light. We also re-faced our oak cabinets and it was sub-contracted out by Poff's Cabinetry in Martinsville VA and I highly recommend them as well!! We saved over half refacing the cabinets and they look brand new. Amazing work by both and will use them in the future for any kind of job we have!!"
