We had a minor hiccup at the beginning, but we were pleased that the owner of the company handled it personally. The gutters and door both look great and work very well. "We requested an estimate, and set up an appointment, but they did not come. They called and said they had an emergency, and rescheduled. They did show up on time the second time, and gave us an estimate on this and painting and other repairs. Ultimately, another company gave a slightly lower estimate, and was willing to do more of the repairs (remove wallpaper, etc.). So we went with them, but they could not repair the boards that were damaged on the exterior of the house, so we called Smith HI and asked if they could just do that, and for an estimate. They charged $165.00 and showed up on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely hire them again."
