"They are excellent. I've worked with them over the years. They don't climb with spikes on their boots, they swing with ropes so they don't damage the trees. They will prune rather than cut the trees down. They were very responsive and very careful when they were doing things. They were very concerned about the neighbors. I have humongous big firs and that's when they come in with ropes. This time they used spikes because they were cutting down the trees. The managers and the people that actually come out to do the work are excellent. They carefully explain what they are going to do and how much it will cost. I get a really nice written bid ahead of time. They follow up to see if I am happy. The quality was very good."

They also did an great service to me by insuring that the remaining wood was cut into movable pieces and placed nicely in one location. Kris was very skilled while climbing the Fir and the maple and was able to fall large branches without doing any damage to my fence line or deck. They spoke with me about the health of the maple and offered advise on how to accomplish the job while maintaining the integrity of the fine old Maple. "I asked for the service to be performed. I marked all of my sprinklers with orange flags. When I came home on the 14th, I could see the aeration holes and the plugs in my lawn as well as the grass seeds for the overseeding. I think the price was well worth it. I also like that they email an invoice to me and then I pay. I used Busy Bee last year for leaf removal and will again this year. I've never been home when the services are provided, so I don't actually know what the workers or the owner look like....I just know I'm happy when I come home and see that they have been here. Someday, when I get too old or lazy to mow my own lawn (or win the lotto), I will use Busy Bee for all my lawn care needs."

They took special care in protecting my emerging plants during work and cleanup. Not an easy job, but they were great, easy to work with. "Had a great experience with these guys. Justin Snodgrass is a very good consultant. I did not had to leave my home even once to check out samples. Whatever I needed installed or planted was bought to me. He bought me the samples for the synthetic grass to look at and select also picked them up. He was very patient and was personally at my house to answer question and concerns. Very professional, not pushy at all, on time and always reachable by phone/txts/email. My backyard turned out exactly the way I wanted. It looks great. The worker who installed the synthetic grass was skilled and knew what he was doing. The crew that came to work was very professional as well. They listened to my suggestions and made sure I am satisfied with the work. They had good work etiquette and kept areas clean and free of clutter during the time period of their work. The price was reasonable. All the people I worked with know what they are doing and were good at it. I would definitely hire them again."
