Very neat and organized job. When trim out time came, technician came in with boot covers on his shoes and cleaned up every scrap of garbage left over from job. The results took about a week and a half. The results even identified the species bacteria and yeasts and included information on each."

They did not leave it for me to clean up. The area was treated for mold and we were able to return to the home that evening."

"I have a yearly contract with them.  They have done no repairs so far.  I can't say anything bad about them.  They are pretty thorough.  Getting a contract deal with them is a lot cheaper than hiring somebody come out and do the servicing twice a year.  Their price is pretty good.  I pay an annual fee and they come out for the routine maintenance.  If I need any repair work done they get me fifteen percent off.  So far I haven't had to have any repair work done."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
