"December was the first time I had used W&W.  Even though I was not an existing customer, they came out quickly to diagnose the problem and attempted to fix the problem.  When it became obvious that the valves needed to be completely redone, they scheduled the repair and showed up the following Tuesday to complete the repair.  They explained and demonstrated the problem, the first attempted fix and the ultimate solution.  They were professional, timely and informative throughout the process. <br /> When we had another issue this past weekend, they responded quickly on Monday morning and were able to fix the problem quickly.  Again, they demonstrated the problem, showed me an easy quick fix as well as an ongoing preventative maintenance technique. <br /> I have the utmost confidence in the quality of their work and their responsiveness.   I also learned a great deal about my irrigation system through their demonstrations and explanations. <br />"

"She was just really helpful. I was thinking about doing a project but I ended up not doing. She was more than helpful. I met her. She came out and took measurements. She was as helpful as she could be. I would absolutely use her again. I would call her again. It just cost more than I thought, not her work but the supplies. The whole project was more than I anticipated."

"Our original plans were different from the final design. Paul Korody evaluated our plans and suggested changes due to the expense of what we originally asked for. We took his suggestions and ended up with a quote about half of what our original plan would have cost. Paul was professional and so were his crew. They showed up on a Monday morning and finished by Friday, completely to our satisfaction. Docked one notch for missing our first consultation appointment and not calling back by the next day. We almost passed them up because of this. All other criteria we were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend using them again. I did not rate them on price because we are unfamiliar with the landscaping business and other landscaping companies we contacted were unable to quote us right away due to their workload. The pricing did come in under what we had budgeted, so we were satisfied."

"The owner was friendly and guided us through picking out the right doors. His crew was friendly, patient with my schedule. We're happy with our doors and we plan to use this company again on future projects. <br />"

"Two walls were not built on foundations, We added a new roof and a complete remodeling of the inside of our house.  This was a year long process and he has become part of our family.  He is honest to a fault.  All electircal and plumbing work had to be redone and brought up to code.  They removed a porch that was dry-rotted.  We could not be happier wth the work that Neil has done.  Most contractors in this area tack on an extra charge for supplies, but Neil did not do that.  He gave us receipts for everything he had to purchase and did not mark up anything."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Ramah, NM

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
