"Cleaned heating ducts/vents. Discovered 2 major problems I was unaware of. Explained these thoroughly and corrected them at the time (which involved one worker going back to Gallup to get additional materials). Left my home clean and heater working much more efficiently. TJ and Darrell were pleasant and good to work with,"

"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"Response was very quick, within a few hours of my call. Shawn Fiske ascertained the scope of the work required and patiently explained all aspects of the project. He made sure to address any questions I had. Very professional. <br /> The following business day, work crew Daniel and Nick arrived. They set up their equipment for a 'negative atmosphere' and sealed off the room. They removed the interior walls to a few feet beyond the problem area. They did a thorough, fast and efficient job of removing the contaminated materials. <br /> I had previously expressed that I wanted this project to be confined to the bathroom if at all possible. I didn't want walls of adjacent rooms damaged, our new(er) expensive bathroom window disturbed or our new(er) exterior stucco damaged. I was shocked when Daniel suggested opening up our living room wall to remove the old cast iron bathtub! I told him to break it up in place with a sledge hammer, which he did. <br /> As the project was nearing completion, they decided to spray paint all of the exposed surfaces with a paint primer called 'Killz'. Unfortunately, during a momentary lapse of reason they neglected to mask off my 'Hi-E, double paned thermal break window' before they fired up the spray painter. Approximately 40% of the window and (dark) frame were now painted white! <br /> Upset, I immediately contacted Shawn and provided pictures of the damage. To Shawn's credit, he was immediately very apologetic and pledged to do whatever was necessary to resolve the issue. We initially considered complete window replacement with the corresponding necessary stucco repair. The cost of this solution would come very near, or exceed the cost of the mold removal. Shawn did not hesitate to agree to accepting this obligation, again to his credit. <br /> After a few days cooler heads prevailed. I agreed to permit 911Restoration to at least attempt to remove the paint from the window and frame before we committed to order new. They worked very h****** it and eventually most signs of the damage were gone. The window is not 100% pristine like it was previously but we were able to deem it as acceptable. <br /> The independent spore test was performed and we were given a clean bill of health. <br /> When we were invoiced for this job, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that Shawn had discounted the project by over $500 as compensation for the problems we'd encountered. This was a foolish, neglectful mistake but <em>we all make mistakes sometimes, don't we?</em> To me, this foolish error was far surpassed in importance by the straightforward, polite and professional manner that 911Restoration chose to address the issue at hand. These days people to often try to evade accepting responsibility. <br /> All in all, the experience was as pleasant as black mold removal could hope to be in spite of the peripheral damage. I would not hesitate to trust this firm with a future project. <br />"

"Angie's List has a coupon for this service. But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor. I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon. Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing. You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed. That instruction didn't apply to this vendor. The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order. I sent the sample bottles out the next day. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample. Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel. Pictures would help. Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample. I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail. The results were easy to read."

"The car was pretty dirty to begin with, and then an entire gallon of hot apple cider spilled inside...all over the front and back seats (fabric) and floors, mats, doors...even in the folds of the stick shift cover. It was too extensive for me to clean, so I searched Angie's List for a car detailed. Meanwhile, I had six towels covering the entire inside of the car so I could drive and others could sit without sticking to the seats! Complete Mobile had good grades on Angie's List, and I liked the fact that they would come to my office, so I called them first thing Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to adjust their schedule and come to my workplace that same day. Adam and his associate spent almost 4 hours on the car (I also had them rejuvenate the headlights) and the result was amazing! While I was working inside, they completely overhauled the inside of the car and restored the headlights so they looked brand new. (They also washed the outside of the car as a courtesy, which was greatly appreciated!) I was extremely impressed with both the professionalism and experience this company showed and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended! <br />"

"(1) Margo and Benny's team cleaned our windows (inside and out), scoured and cleaned all surfaces, vacuumed, shop-vac'd in tricky places, dusted, swept, and mopped a house that hadn't been cleaned properly in years. They arrived on-time and got right to work, were polite and responsive when we made special requests (such as avoiding harsh chemicals or strongly aromatic cleaners), and finished on time. The cleaning bill came in at $751.69, which was consistent with the estimated amount. (2) On a separate day, Benny arrived early with three additional men and several trucks to help us with a "hybrid" move; that is, we packed things and they moved it all. They moved a great many pre-packed boxes as well as all of our furniture. They set things up where we asked for them to and were ready to disassemble and reassemble furniture whenever necessary (or just give me free tips on how to do it myself). They were careful and attentive and finished the job in under three hours, and the bill came in at $785.33, well under the maximum of the range that Margo gave us when she gave us an estimate. I would happily hire them for an across-city move again."
