"I needed trees trimmed, some very tall, all of them too difficult to do myself. I used YELP and posted a request. The first to respond was C & H Gardens Artistic Landscape and Tree Service. I set-up an appointment for the next day. The doorbell rang, the dog barked, and as I looked up from my computer, I gasped. Was I hallucinating or is that Brad Pitt at my door!? He was a young Brad Pitt. Could this be Brad's prodigal son? I opened the door and tried to stay calm. It was Kacen Horner from C & H. I told him what we needed done. He gave me a fair price. We scheduled the service and off he went into the sunset. His crew came on time and knew what I needed to be done, and got to work. They did a great job - efficient, friendly, and professional. It was amazing to watch one of them repel up a 45 foot palm tree and back down. They had a truck with a tree chopper, cleaned up my front and backyard. Complete! Kacen came by the next day to check on their work and to confirm I w"

From the start, the estimator offered expert suggestions and thoughtful ideas to help us achieve our goals while staying within budget. Pricing was competitive, and financing options were available. The entire process was organized and professional. Scheduling was proactive, communication was clear, and the timeline and cost estimate were accurate. The crew consistently arrived on time and worked hard every day. Our project manager was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the project. "Jeff exceeded my expectations! After posting a request on Service Magic, Jeff called me within 30 min on a Holiday. He came over that day looked over the job did a couple measurements and had a written bid by the next day. His prices were comparable ( a little lower) with the other quotes I got but what I liked was his customer focus and his quick response to all my questions phone or email....I had a fairly large job including removing 40 yards of dirt cutting down and removing 3 trees and roots from Brazilian pepper trees and a an ash. Installing a sprinkler system and laying sod.. He did a perfect job and has also followed up with phone calls and visits. I couldnt be happier and my friends and family were in awe on how quickly the job was completed and how professional Jeff and his team were. Thanks Jeff you can have any of your future customers call me for a recommendation."
