"Do not trust or use Alex/Shell Sea Pools.Alex has endless excuses and lies. He has shown up twice in 3 months only to collect money and WILL NOT give a invoice. They left a pile of rubble in our yard for 5 weeks. Nobody has done anything in 5 weeks.His guys mistakenly demolished the pool deck and broke our skimmer.We immediatly texted Alex, with no response which is his normal way of doing business.He tried to make us pay for the skimmer. His communication is horrible. I told Alex he needed to come by to see the mess he has made.He said he would come by the following day. Never showed, never called.We have given up and will seek another contractor to finish the job and legal action. Either make this right Alex or we will see you in court very soon!!!!"
