"Long story short, Charles was swift to respond to my initial inquiry (unlike ALL the other electricians I called, and there were many!); He installed a 240V outlet in my garage two days later!! (I was being told by others that even as little as a meet’n greet would be at least a week out); He was quick, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and highly experienced in his field!!; His price was 15%, Yes! 15% of the other quote I got!! I suspect the other quote was so insanely high because 1. that other electrician was featured on the Tesla site, and 2. it’s easy to scam someone who doesn’t know much about electricity – he was telling me I need all new panels installed etc. etc.). It certainly goes to show how valuable an honest electrician is!! Even after he completed the work, Charles showed sincere interest in my need for the outlet by doing further research and helping me charge my Tesla in the most efficient way! I have other projects in mind and I will not even remotely consider hiring anyone else!"

Joe (owner) had great communication, sent calendar invites for the appointments and sent a confirmation text the morning of the appt. Nariel, the technician, was outstanding! "Point Loma Electric had me concerned because of the name Point Loma sounded Pricey $$. My townhouse was a rental for over 15 years and it needs work because I had a property manager all the time it was a rental and many repairs were done on the cheap. The doorbell and smoke detectors all needed replacement and first, the technician was very nice, respectful, very very professional. He located the doorbell transformer really quickly!! I thought one of the former tenants had removed it on purpose. That alone was impressive because 2 other technicians were nt able to locate it in the coat closet, I made my decision to hire them for the doorbell and detectors. I m glad I did, because my wife had been wanting the smoke detectors and CO2 sensors operating for a while... and the doorbell was driving me crazy. So I was able to score some points!
