"We had an excellent experience working with Tour De Force Concrete. They completely dug out our existing lawn, removed and rerouted the sprinklers, brought in fresh topsoil, and installed new sod. They also added beautiful salt and pepper rock along the fencing and created a clean mow edge outlining the entire yard. Their work was outstanding from start to finish — great customer service, clear communication, and they did exactly what they said they would. "The construction went very well. With some discussion, we made sure we were all on the same page about the details of the new walks, which are simple concrete without any special additions or treatments. The crew brought a Bobcat-type skidder with jackhammer and loader attachments, as well as a dump truck. They had the old driveway removed and hauled off in less than an hour. Then they worked with us in laying out the shapes, elevations, and slopes of the new walkways and had the forms all set in another couple of hours, doing it by eye and following the slopes and heights of the yard. The concrete was poured in another hour or so and the entire job was finished by the end of the day. They removed the forms a couple days later. Their price was among the lowest we were quoted. The finished walks look very nice and are a pleasure to use. I gave them a B in Professionalism because the quote was lacking in any detail and they haven't yet provided an invoice, even though I've called once to remind them. For a small, simple job like this one, that might be OK, but for a large or complex one I'd want a clearer documentation and better accounting."

"Salvador and his team were great, they were very friendly and worked **** ** the projects. They removed our old grass, weeds, and pulled tons of old tree roots out, leveled the dirt, and added more dirt to the front end to make our lawn more flat and even. They also installed a short retaining wall and a new fence with gate.... the main guy doing the wall took lots of care while placing each block for our wall. They installed a new sprinkler and drip system, planted two trees that we purchased and rolled out great new sod. They laid pavers for a nice new porch along with a matching barrier wall at the end of our porch. Salvador was there every day working along side his guys and they cleaned up after every day. He also stopped by to check on the grass just a few days later and programmed our sprinkler system.... and he offered to come back to do our first mow and adjust the sprinkler system! They did a fantastic job, very happy. Thank you Salvador!"
