The foremen, Elvis explained every detail whenever we had questions or requests. Allen, Gochi, and Ozzy showed up everyday with professionalism and care. The whole team is trustworthy and relatable. I will NOT use any other painting/stucco/interior/exterior specialist for any future project. The care and detail the team provided went above and beyond. WORTH every penny! "Pérez Painting and More did a great job painting my house, removing the carpet, adding new floors, and cleaning. They also did exterior painting to my house and handyman work such as installing new door seals, curtain rods, fire alarms, pluming, electricity, and welding. As well as fixed cabinets in the kitchen. Jorge, Sergio and their crew worked very hard and did a very clean job. They finished the work during the time stamp asked for and worked very quickly. Hillary their secretary always answered very quickly and always assisted to more additions that I needed. They were so helpful, and the price was great as well. Most importantly, they are hornist! I got estimated amount of floor material that I needed from some other floor guy. After they installed my floor, they left many boxes, they told me exactly how many boxes were left and helped me return to the floor material company. I really recommend them as they will leave you very satisfied and happy with their work."

"I left for work upon arrival of the painters(7 man crew). When I arrived home, they had finished approx. 95% of paint job. Mistakenly, they painted garage door white, and painted the accent wood on front door and landing white as well as back door. I pointed out their mistake & without any attitude, they promptly repainted the areas my selected color. The foreman also returned to touch up some areas that I requested. My aunt is going to have them paint a building for her and my son has an apartment building he plans to request Mr. White do the paint job."

"I would like to share my experience getting my house work done from Home Renew 360. I was looking to get rain gutters, even thought my exterior paint needed to be done as well. Erik Gombinski came out to my home shortly after and we started discussing the work I wanted done. After our discussion he started the job immediately on the following Monday. Within less than 2 weeks, the job was completed to my satisfaction. The workers were very neat, patient, and so professional, I am so happy with all of them.
