"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. He also gave us advice on several other electrical issues. Richard sent Harris to help and he was wonderful. Conferred with me each step of the way. Took apart the prior installation and moved the wires inside the wall and snagged the chandelier to where I had requested. He also helped with some other lighting problems. Worked very efficiently and cleaned all mess away."
