"It was a pleasure doing business with Vince at The Floor Maintenance Co. Not only does he have an admirable business model but he is really a nice guy. My concrete and brick patio floor was a horrendous mess. An inept handyman had smeared concrete over all the bricks. He was the only one who had a solution. His crew came and in one day my patio was restored clean, and looking better than ever. If there were ten stars, he and his company would have them."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Just Stamping Concrete for a landscape design project, and I cannot recommend them enough! They are a true gem in the industry, and their work speaks for itself."

"Excellent service. kind and courteous workers with high work standards. Kaveh , his company and workers are to be recommended for all aspects of concrete work, from driveway renewing to concrete patio renewing. my home value has been greatly increased. Call me anytime for a referral."

"We are very pleased with the concrete work completed. The team was professional, reliable, and paid attention to detail throughout the project. The work was completed with quality and care, and communication was excellent. We appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable concrete services."

"We had a great experience with Flores construction, they put in an acid washed patio for us and we couldn't be more pleased. The quality was great, they were prompt and kept us posted on the project. I highly recommend!"

"Excellent! These guys did an amazing job on my driveway. Would recommend these guys for any concrete projects."

"Hector and his team did a great job overall. They were on site everyday and very approachable as the project was being done. Hector himself was on site for the project and communicated very well through out the process. I definitely recommend."

"

We didn't satisfy his initial service (which I believe was just an accident nothing to do with their quality of service), and contact them again and receive immediate positive response to come back to do the service again.  FIVE STAR service !!! Highly recommended. Reasonable price for the additional sq ft.  We have hired multiple people for different types of service needs for the new house that we just recently move in.  None of them can top Concrete & marble Transformerz's service.

"Needed my driveway re done. Jason and his crew came out one day to set up, poured and completed it the next! No down time compared to another company who told me it would take a couple of weeks to complete! ?.....jb concrete construction had Very fair pricing and was able to show me some photos of his work which I loved! My driveway looks amazing and what I love about this company the most is that it is a local business and they were super friendly! I will definitely be contacting him for my next project!"

"Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."
