"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. Their contract listed in detail and sequential order of installing a new roof. I received a quote that included an explanation of what Certified Incoporated was going to do. First, the old shingles were removed. Second, any rotten wood was replaced with quality wood. Third, the entire roof was covered with synthetic felt. Fourth, replaced pipe booths. Fifth, they installed lifetime shingles with a twenty-five year workmanship guarantee. The warranty is transferable to the next homeowner. The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly.
