We ended up paying to lay down all new wiring as our 10 year old fence had rotten and after fixing multiple breaks, that's what they recommended. Folded the initial repair work into the total cost. He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected.
