"Zero stars if it were possible. Harry M came to my home and quoted me 200 dollars and cash was the only payment option he would accept. He came that Saturday and did a horrible job. He used my mower and it’s not working properly now. He didn’t have a working weed wacker and asked for my personal one. He left so many areas undone and I he did report he would come back to finish the job. This never happened; he kept saying he had me scheduled but forgot to tell me. A crew was supposed to come two Saturdays ago and this never happened. He does not respond to text messages. Most importantly, he asked to come to my house to BBQ and to date me. I have text messages to prove this. Even after I declined, he didn’t not understand no after being told several times. There’s a review on another site that doesn’t remove negative feedback and he called that person cursing them out and verbally threatening them. If he does this to me, I will immediately press charges. I’m reporting this fraud anywhere I can until I get my money back from this fraud."

"Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. "We used to love this service and gave them glowing reviews on Google in the past, but something has changed. Their customer service sucks, they don't apologize, don't call back etc. We had a hot water heater installed 2 years ago. It is still under warranty. Yesterday, 11/9/25, it broke and started leaking badly - still under a warranty from them. A.J. Perri advertises as they are 24/7 company, but they would not come yesterday and would promise us that first thing this morning, at 8 am, they would be knocking on the door. They never came, never called and never apologized. In fact, they have an attitude for misleading us and at 10 am mo one is here. The technician (do they only have 1 technician?) Is over 1 5 h away at another job. Customer service sucks with them really badly and now I feel as because we called them and voiced our dissatisfaction, no one will reach out to us or help us, while we are covered by their warranty. We had to pay for another service last night to pump"

Then I gave up and hired another company."
