"Everything went well. They gave me a call about 30-minutes before the tech arrived, which gave me enough time to get home from work. He inspected/tested/cleaned the two furnaces and got the humidifier started. I had some concern about the dirty drain tubing from the humidifier, but it seemed to flow fine at the time he was there. However, the next morning, the tubing was blocked and water was leaking from the humidifier. I called the main number and they dispatched the same technician within a few hours to fix the problem for no additional charge."
