"Really great work!  The team was fantastic, very neat, every night before they left they completely cleaned up so we never felt like we living in a construction zone.  The guys were very conscious of my two dogs.  The work was very well done and they made sure we were completely happy.  When the first set of doors were not exactly what we had in mind they returned them and got what we wanted.  After all the work was done, I decided that I wanted a wooden, not metal transition between the tile and carpet.  Mike sent a guy back to put in what I had requested for no extra charge.  Great bunch of professionals, you will not be sorry.  I had other cheaper estimates for the work, but I'm glad I went with Commonwealth, the quality is very good.  You get what you pay for. <br />"

"They did a poor job the first time through. The counters were so rough you could cut your finger if you grazed your hand over the surface. Also, where the two pieces of laminate met on the bar they didnt fill it in to make it look like a solid surface. The also oversprayed and we have little bits of gray on our newly refinished cabinets. We contacted them and they Agreed to come out and sand or buff down the rough areas and finish the bar top correctly. They did this bet the area that they redid on the bar was left as a HIGH gloss while the remainder of the counters are very matte. We called them to let them know and were told there were super busy and would contact us as soon as they could to fix it. NO RESPONSE for 2 weeks. We contacted them again, they apologized and said that they would call the following week with a time. NO RESPONSE. In the meantime we bought a house out of state and didnt realize till we came back to our condo to get it listed for sale that it had never been fixed. So called Miracle Method yesterday and had to leave a voicemail. NO RESPONSE. So called again this afternoon and they finally agreed to come out but not until July 31st. I explained we were here to meet with a realtor to take photos and list our house and really need this complete. She said there is nothing they can do and that July 31st is the soonest that they can get anyone out. So hopefully eventually it will all work out. If you are looking for a company with good customer service and good quality the first time this might not be right for you. Time since their first attempt and our request for corrections has been 2.5 months so far and will be 3 months by the time they get it, well hopefully right. If we hadn’t stayed on them I am positive that it would have never been taken care of. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"We had a fantastic experience with Certa Pro! They were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Their quote was the second lowest out of the 5 we gathered, but their professionalism combined with their EZ Pay option sold us. We hired them to paint several areas of our house before putting it on the market. They did walls, doors, baseboards, popcorn ceilings, exterior boards, and kitchen cabinets. Everything came out perfect. The kitchen cabinets, in particular, were absolutely stellar. The only downside to the experience is that the work took about a week longer than it was supposed to. Still, we would definitely use them again. <br />"

"I contacted several remodeling companies that specialized in kitchens trying to get a quote to replace the tired site built kitchen in my home.   Many did not return my calls, and others ignored my budget or what my wife and I wanted the kitchen to ultimately look like.  Then we met Fran from Southeast Kitchens. <br />   He listened to every detail and came up with a meticulous design that matched exactly what we described.  Then he gave us good suggestions on how we could improve on our design or suggestions for making the kitchen more usable.  He actually gave us electronic drawings of the design with 3D CAD renderings we could look at.  Compare that to another designer had actually refused to let us take home her pencil sketches she had done for her quote.  Fran's design even took in to account the drawer pulls we wanted to use to make sure our dishwasher door would clear the drawers on the adjacent cabinets. <br />   When we agreed on a design and price, Fran came up with a schedule that was followed exactly.  His contractors came out and ripped out the old kitchen, then I did some painting and wall repair before the cabinets went up.  His cabinet team were absolutely wonderful and did very clean fast work. <br />   The only hiccup in the process was a plumber that Fran had not used before and I bet has not used since - Fran quickly got someone else to fix my complaints about the plumbing work.  <br />   Our kitchen was completed on time and is beautiful, we get compliments all the time and my wife absolutely loves it.  I highly recommend Fran and his team to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom."
