"I feel Commonwealth Contracting is very easy to work with. Mike Eippert always responds to any questions we may have had during the process of the work. This is the second major renovation we have had done with "Commonwealth" and both times we were very happy with the results. I will say you need to be patient with how long the project may take. We realized all of these contractors are extremely very busy at this time. However, quality was much more important to me than speed, and all of the work we had done is outstanding. As far as price they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, however, I feel comfortable that what we paid for the complete renovation was very fair. To me "Quality" of work done is most important and that is what "Commonwealth" provides."

"I contacted several remodeling companies that specialized in kitchens trying to get a quote to replace the tired site built kitchen in my home.   Many did not return my calls, and others ignored my budget or what my wife and I wanted the kitchen to ultimately look like.  Then we met Fran from Southeast Kitchens. <br />   He listened to every detail and came up with a meticulous design that matched exactly what we described.  Then he gave us good suggestions on how we could improve on our design or suggestions for making the kitchen more usable.  He actually gave us electronic drawings of the design with 3D CAD renderings we could look at.  Compare that to another designer had actually refused to let us take home her pencil sketches she had done for her quote.  Fran's design even took in to account the drawer pulls we wanted to use to make sure our dishwasher door would clear the drawers on the adjacent cabinets. <br />   When we agreed on a design and price, Fran came up with a schedule that was followed exactly.  His contractors came out and ripped out the old kitchen, then I did some painting and wall repair before the cabinets went up.  His cabinet team were absolutely wonderful and did very clean fast work. <br />   The only hiccup in the process was a plumber that Fran had not used before and I bet has not used since - Fran quickly got someone else to fix my complaints about the plumbing work.  <br />   Our kitchen was completed on time and is beautiful, we get compliments all the time and my wife absolutely loves it.  I highly recommend Fran and his team to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom."

"Being a one stop shop, I was able to get design ideas, pick out tile, paint colors, counter top, cabinets and all fixtures in the convenience of one location. Lisa was delightful and gave great advice to help me achieve the look I wanted while Chris supervised and worked along with all of the other contractors. The result was a beautiful walk in shower and vanity. Their timeline was on track, the fished project was amazing and pricing fair. "We had good cabinets but the fronts were not our style,so charlie suggested we just order new doors. Charlie lacquered the new doors and all the existing bases. We went 2 tone with the cabinets, espresso bases and white uppers. Charlie and his Dad  discussed countertops with us and we decided to go with quartz,and they look fantastic. Add a great glass brick backsplash in aqua ,some travertine floors in 24x12 tiles, a stainless steel farm sink, and a fresh coat of paint, and the masterpiece was complete. <br />   Big thanks to Charlie and his Pop Charles for the hard work, and thanks for cleaning up enough for my wife and I to continue to live in relative comfort during this remodel! <br />"
