Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "I got three estimates. They were the middle estimate but they did not try to upsell me as the others did even though they did explain all of my options and answer my questions. They arrived on time, performed the work per their estimate. They warned me about the dust even though they clearly tried to contain it as much as possible. Cleaned up after themselves. "Bradfield Home Improvement did a fantastic job. Called 2 other companies to come out and quote the project Bradfield preferred windows (Richard Building Supply) were the best out of the bunch and his pricing was very competitive with the other 2 more inferior windows. There was actually a 2 year gap between the initial quote and the project due to a family death, but when I reached out to Bradfield, within a day the original quote was sent and the process started up again. The entire process from new quote to install took less than 2 months and the main cause of the delay was the wonderful Michigan weather May and June brought. I would absolutely recommend this company for windows, and when other projects arise with the house, they will be the first and most likely only company I call."
