"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. "Dealing with North Star was a fabulous experience. We felt fully satisfied starting from the Owner Jason coming to quote the work to finishing the work, including a fence that had to be redone after another contractor. He not only quoted the total, but also provided the amount for each project separately (drainage using 4-6" rocks for a hillside patio, installing vinyl fence, installing wooden railing by steps down the hill) . He even picked up some needed material from the store. The Jason worked along side his coworkers who were all very professional as well. North Star's customer service was very warm and friendly. There is plenty of snow and ice at this time outside, so, I will provide some pics when the ground clears.
