He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. He measured square footage, checked the slope of the land, explained the process, including explaining the moisture shield and wire reinforcement. He asked how and where I wanted the equipment trucks and cement truck to go. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect. He and his crew arrived on time each day. They came out after the cement had hardened and cleaned up everything perfectly. He asked if I had someplace I wanted them to put the little pieces of concrete or if I wanted him to take the concrete. I have a runoff ravine and he purposefully placed them where they would do the most good. They raked the dirt neatly around the slab and put the grass plugs in the dirt. The grass is already being established. I highly recommend Griff's Concrete. In fact we are hiring him again to put in front sidewalks and a little patio. You might find somebody who says they will do it cheaper but it won't be better. <br />"

"We were very impressed with the job they did. There was a lot of work to be done. They had to install two new beams, one on either side of the rotten beam to bare the weight of the house. They installed jacks every few feet that are adjustable so if they need to be adjusted, we can go under there and do that ourselves. The whole underside is sealed off and a new scuttle hole was put in. The dehumidifier works great. We also had all of our air conditioner ducts replaced after they left so that everything under the house is brand new. We are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend this company.They completed the work in about four days. They showed up on time and put in a full days work each day. <br />"
