He cared enough to come immediately instead of just telling the guys, ?come when you get fixed, I have another one for you to go to!? What stood out the most was that they actually care about their clients."

"I had a bad experience with them. I did not like them. One of their machines broke down and one of the chairs was absolutely soaked. It was not good so I hired somebody else this year. Their machine broke down and that bothered me. They supposedly fixed it right then and there but they didn't fix the machine."

I told him I didn't understand that because the unit was in heat mode with hot gas going through the evaporator coil so no condensation was being forming which needed to be drained thus, the float switch was not being moved...? $158 dollars to unstick a float switch... <br /> I had a blower duct test performed almost 11 months ago and was very well satisfied with the service, explanation and price but this last service call was disappointing. <br />"

"We have used many referred cleaning people by our neighbors. We live in an over 55 community and the neighbors really didn't have anyone they really liked to do the job, but there was no one else.
