He did the work but did not remove all of the clippings, and evidently, he used his mower to remove some of the clippings, which resulted in several bald spots in my yard. He offered to come seed the spots and remove the clippings, but...he has gone silent now that I have paid him. I GET IT!!! Trust is earned!"

"Hired this person because of his Angie rating and reviews. Was very specific about NOT SUBCONTRACTING THE JOB. I was told specifically he would do the job himself . Jason was dishonest and subcontracted the job to two illegals non English speaking individual's from Colombia. They did sub rate job didn't caulk the cracks or corners and had to be called back to repair many paint issues and apply the hardware back on. They sprayed the cabinet's in my garage and got paint on the floor everywhere!! My brand new kitchen floor of 3 weeks old has a lot paint sprayed on it they did not protect the floor as they should of. My new stove has paint of the top dripped and dried on it....The entire job list also included some tile work and applying thresholds which was part of the original contract still isn't finished and Jason has had 11 scheduled appts to complete the job 5 of these were NO call no shows. All documented on my texts and emails. I cant recommend this person . Don hire him."
