"We talked to a couple of contractors and decided to select Charlie with Rock Creek Roofing and Construction.  What initially drew us is simply the fact that he could do all the repairs, which included the roof, replacing guttering and interior sheetrock work.  However, after the first day he was at the house overseeing the crew tear off and replace the roof, I knew I made a good choice.  He is a very nice, honest, hardworking kind of guy. 
His workers were very polite and efficient.  Since the repairs, there have been no issues what so ever.  I know that if I have any work that needs to be done around the house I will be giving Charlie a call.  Not only because the work was excellant, but also because I know that I will be hiring someone who takes pride in their work, not a fly by night contractor looking to score a buck or town and never hear from again.

"I would give ten stars if possible. The day after the windstorm on Friday I found a small panel off the edge of the metal roof that is 25 years old I called Profession Construction Services on Saturday, and they said they would be out on Monday at noon. They called to let me know they were on the way and were here before 1200. It was only two of them and one of them was the gentlemen that took my call on Sat. It took them only 45 minutes to replace the panel and then they checked and reattached several other loose sections. The told me it would be $100, I gave them $200 and each a tip. It was worth it to me. Very pleasant talking with them and they did an outstanding job, even sealing all of the loose panels. I would definitely hire them again and if anyone is looking to replace or repair their roof this is the company to do it. Professional Construction Services has my highest recommendation."

"I was having difficulty finding someone to clean out my gutters and downspouts. I did some research and found Innovative Roofing online. Their website featured numerous reviews from people who were highly satisfied, and the reviews sounded sincere. I contacted them, and Ramiro came out quickly. He climbed onto the roof, inspected it, took several photos and showed me how my existing leaf guards were beat up and doing more harm than good. He also showed areas that needed caulking and other maintenance. He explained that they could do a maintenance program, whereby they would come out in the spring and again in the fall to check for any issues and also clean out the gutters. He and his crew chief, Anderson, discovered that all the bathroom vents and the downdraft vent of my fancy stovetop were dumping moist air directly into the attic, instead of venting out through the roof. This was having a negative effect on the attic insulation, as well as allowing cold air into the kitchen during the winter. Anderson and his crew installed four flopper vents in the roof and now everything vents outside, instead of into the attic. They removed the old leaf guard, and so far, the existing gutter and downs are handling the rain just fine without it. Ramiro also recommended an excellent company to blow in a foot of additional insulation into my attic, as well as over the garage, which incredibly had none in the ceiling or the walls. This is a large, high-dollar house in a tony subdivision, and the builder, well-known, cut numerous corners, in addition to those I have mentioned. Fortunately, some of the wrongs have now been righted by the good folks at Innovative. They were always on time, cleaned up any mess, gave me a decent price, and were unfailingly pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them."

"Almost three years later not one issue with waters dripping down the side of our house as it did with previous gutters. The simple leaf guard system they installed worked perfectly. Every year I climb a ladder and look but there is nothing to do. Thank you American Gutter. --------------------------------------- 03/03/2017 - original review - Perfect. I called Mark McCumber, the owner, in late November after researching on Angie's list. I liked the idea they were a small business, and the same workers had been with him for several years. I wanted to be on his schedule before the warm weather hit. We set a target for last week in December 2016 or the first half of January 2017 subject to weather. Throughout the wait for a good weather day, Mark and I kept in touch. Additionally, we are planning to have our house painted later this year. I did not want these gutter removed and reinstalled by painters, so I asked Mark if he could paint the trim behind the gutters and downspouts. For an extra $150, that was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this caused a one week delay, because there is no way to paint in 39-degree weather. But, one week later, they were done in about a half-day. Things could not have gone more perfectly."
