We had a minor adjustment required due to recent heat and door expansion for which Bob happily stopped by to fix in short order. "Rafael and his whole team were so fantastic from start to finish! Extremely detail-oriented, communicative, honest, and high-quality. We originally found him on Home Advisor and reached out to get a sense of scope and pricing for exterior painting Rafael came to our house the next day to walk around and point out all the opportunity areas to make the house look better and gave us some color ideas. We then had to delay our start date for our exterior painting, but when we reached out over a year later, Rafael immediately remembered us and still had all our notes! Even though the price of materials and labor had increased because of the pandemic, he still honored our original pricing, which was so appreciative. He showed up or called every day to check in, and his team was early every day and very respectful the whole job. They got the job done extremely quickly while still being thorough. Rafael and the team do not just want to paint over existing paint for a temporary fix, they want everything to last and look this good for years and years. They knew exactly how to handle each type of material in our home and what paint to use for each part. The final results are incredible and we are so happy."
