We chose Keystone to complete our dream outdoor living space after visiting their beautiful showroom and learning about their company values and work ethic. Working with Joe and then the design team was seamless. It was thrilling to see our ideas in a 3D rendering and walk-through. After that, we were sold! Their masonry work is beautiful and adds such detail to our finished product. We can’t say enough about everyone that we have encountered at Keystone Custom Decks. Our finished outdoor oasis far exceeds our expectations. We have recommended Keystone to neighbors and friends and will definitely hire them again for any additional projects."

"Clayton's Concrete was very respectful of our property and did a great job. Clayton's crew excavated two portions of our basement that were still a dirt floor, he laied gravel, poured concrete and leveled all in the basement of a 115+ old home with no exterior door to the basement. He also removed the unused oil tanks that were in the one section of the floor and laid radon mitigation piping. Given the extremely dirty nature of this project, Clayton and his crew were very respectful of my home, they had to haul dirt and oil tanks out of my basement and through my kitchen, and had to load concrete into the basement through a small, 100+ year old window. When I returned home from work each day of the project there wasn't a bit of dirt anywhere in my house. Clayton even made sure his crew took care of the outside of my house not leaving a speck of dirt or concrete anywhere. Our city also has a laborious permitting process for this sort of work and Clayton personally dealt with all those matters showing great patience. We had Clayton in just months after purchasing this home and couldn't be happier with the service. The cost was extremely reasonable. The floor looks great too!"

"Showed up on time for the initial work, pleasant attitude, no problems that day. Returned two days later (Friday) to lay the sod on the yard and stated they would return Tues or Wed to patch the driveway. They didn't show up or call. I called the primary company on Thursday to find out what was going on. Recieved call back Friday that now Advanced Excavating wouldn't be out until the following Monday or Tuesday. They didn't show or call again.This whole time I have a muddy (from watering the sod) ditch in my front yard and dont' have the use of my driveway. They finally showed up that Thursday while I was at work to do the patch. Driveway looks ok, but then they left cones blocking the patched part off. No instructions as to when I could use the driveway etc. I called on Monday to find out when I could use my driveway again. No call back, no communication again. They finally showed the following Friday and picked up the cones. It was a very frustrating experience for me. A little communication could have made it better. Weather wasn't a factor as we had quite a streak of lovely weather during that time. <br />"

"My fiance & I are very pleased with the fall 2013 pool work we had done by Premier Pool Renovations. We had our pool interior surface refinished and the end result was a beautiful new plaster interior giving the pool gorgeous blue water color! We had a few contractors out to discuss the potential work; we decided to go with PPR because their estimator Dan scheduled a time to meet at our pool, showed up promptly, discussed our options with us, then emailed us later that day with a clear quote that reflected exactly what we discussed. The following afternoon Premier emailed us contract documents to sign and we mailed in our deposit. About 2 days later Brett from their office called and said the crew would be out the following morning to begin, the next morning they arrived early, they quickly drained our pool with a large pump and fire hose system that they brought with them and from that point forward they cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. When you think of projects like this you usually think of an unavoidable mess but Premier?s crews showed our property total respect. Early the 2nd morning the Premier plaster crew arrived. They proceeded to do what looked like some final preparation work then the guys put on special spiked shoes and began to hand trowel on the new white coat. They started working that morning around 7am, by 2pm the pool was beginning to refill with our garden hose, the guys packed up and left our pool and property looking better than they found it! From initial contact to completion of the project was about 8 days and during that time the weather was certainly not perfect but they made the best of the nice days and we appreciate all Premier?s hard work! We now can?t wait for the upcoming pool season!
