And he broke a branch on a very expensive hydrangea tree. He gave a price which I thought was fair and I agreed to it and a couple of times we communicated during the day. Like I said, I informed him on what to keep and what is the weed or pachysandra but he took them away"

It is just difficult to communicate as he doesn't speak much English .Im trying to set a schedule of every 2 weeks with a phone call the evening before he comes to let me know he is coming and so I can let him know if I have to reschedule the date if I won't be home to pay him.. This has led to some confusion as to what payment is owed when I see him the next time."
