Galaxy committed to scheduling the replacement ASAP given that we had a leak, but we also wanted rubber roofing which requires certain temperatures to properly adhere and prevent leaks. They started on the committed date and the new roofing not only looks great but we had no leaks during the two inches of rain we had in our area last week! That is such a relief. Joe from Galaxy was responsive to us the whole time and continues that communication. We had a great experience having Galaxy perform our roof replacement and look forward to working with them again."

"I had a really great experience with JWE Remodeling & Roofing. Tyler did a great job on our roof repair. He and another team member arrived at our house and talked with me about what problems I had noticed and discussed with me the options that may be available. They also offered to perform a complimentary inspection while they were on the roof to note anything I am unable to see from the ground. After evaluating my leak issue and performing their inspection, they showed me some pictures and video of any issues they noticed. We talked though the options and agreed upon the repair to be completed and pricing for it. They returned a few days later with the materials necessary and fixed the issue. They also showed me before and after pictures and noted any extra steps they took to ensure the fixed they did would resolve my problem. They did a great job and I am very happy with the results."

He went above and beyond, not just making the immediate repair, but checking the entire roof and joints along chimneys, etc. I waited a while to post a review to see that the problem was corrected. it has been 3 months, several snowstorms, freezes and thaws, rains, and winds. Apparently Robert knows roofs as I have had no further leaks. Great service at a reasonable price!!!!!"
