"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"I called Munz on a Thursday morning to get an estimate. I had an appointment for the next afternoon. Connor Baptiste was my salesman and was very professional. He explained everything and took his time doing it. We had a deal a couple hours later. The dumpster arrived as soon as my materials came in. The day they started I met Billy Atkinson the project manager. Billy walked me thru everything on every morning. He’s a great employee! The roofers came first and did a great job. Very clean job!! The next day the siding came and my house looked unrecognizable by the time they were finished. The last day the gutters were installed and they look great. We now have the gutter guards so we will never need to be on roofs cleaning gutters again. Billy came on the last day of our project and we are really impressed with how great our house looks and the great customer service. Thank you everyone!!"

"Very professional organization - Discovered an issue with my chimney and called the next morning. They scheduled a same day appointment and their dispatch center called within a half hour of the crew's arrival. They were most professional - this happened to be quite a complicated fix and they did it no problem. I'm quite confident a good number of other contractors would have found this job to be opportune to significantly increase the cost, but A-1 was a tremendous value. The crew left my home cleaner than they found it, and far safer after re-lining our chimney. I also like that they by default use a stainless steel chimney liner. Aluminum liners are no where near as durable and I didn't have to even ask to use stainless steel. Highly recommend."
