"They did an okay job cleaning, but were over an hour and a half late to their appointment. They did not even contact me ahead of time to let me know they would be late. I had to call twice, text, and send an email before they finally contacted me 40 minutes after they were supposed to be at my house. Then they went to the wrong address. They did not use proper cleaning solutions because they took paint off my bathroom cabinets."
