"These guys were phenomenal. We hired them to replace our shower faucet and shower head yesterday. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. What I was super impressed with was any time they had to go get parts or do this or that, he would ask me to come and look at what he's doing. Plumbing is a foreign language to me, but he explained everything in great detail about what they were doing, what needed to be done and why. Two areas of feedback. 1 -They had to replace panel behind our hallway toilet. It's just a smidge crooked. To be fair, the old panel was painted the same color as the walls, so it's very possible the old one wa a crooked too and we just didn't notice. And 2 - maybe look into booties to cover your rubber boots for non emergency situations? This is by no means a complaint. Plumbing is a messy job and I appreciate everything they did. Just a suggestion!"
