"I have to say Jose and his team are AMAZING! I started out just wanting my interior doors replaced and the project expanded to all of my door trim, an entire custom built kitchen cabinet/island and a custom primary vanity. All because Jose was exceptional with communication, providing quotes and being ready for the job. The team was on-time and the work was high-quality with a great value. Also I almost forgot his team complete my kitchen backsplash and several drywall patches through my house! InnovaSpace & Design (Jose) was single handly one of my best trade for my renovation."

"Titan has been the best experience we have had so far with outdoor contractors. Beyond being happy with our end results of a full house siding replacement. Ray our sales rep was helpful in navigating our many questions before we signed. Josh our crew lead was communicative, proactive and responsive when we needed a few things cleaned up or fixed. We are hopefully done with outdoor home repairs for now, but we would definitely work with Titan again, if we needed to."

"Started a little shaky with an employee making appointments but not actually putting them on the books, but when I called for a missed appt., I had immediate response. The owner came out the next day, drew up the plan, gave us the options for the tub (deep soaker), surround (goes to the ceiling), shower head and fixtures. He made some suggestions that really helped (corner shelves, grab bars). He made it easy. No price games were played, like I can do this if you book today, or let me call my boss to see what we can do. He gave us a discount for cash payment. The work was done as soon as the parts were available. The installers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I would absolutely use Rebath again"

"Jose Vera is a very nice person, he listens and does everything you want, I changed a lot the windows and wanted big changes in some of them, he made everything possible. I chose the beautiful walnut color,, they look like real wood, but without the maintenance, they are double glass, I love that they are european style so they can open two ways, they are easy to clean inside and out from the inside or your house, everybody complements on how nice they look, my electric bills came down because of its materials and insulation.
It has been almost 2 years since we changed my windows and they are as good as new.
If I move from this house I will contact Jose again to do all my windows.

FAQs for doors (interior) installation and replacement projects in Red-rock, TX

If your existing frame is in good shape, you can replace an interior door without changing the frame. This is a budget-friendly option because it saves on the cost of removing and installing a new frame. By choosing a slab door that fits your current frame, you'll save on labor and materials. Just make sure the new door matches the old one's dimensions for a smooth replacement.

Standard interior doors are 80 inches tall and range from 28 to 32 inches wide. Interior doors vary from 24 to 36 inches wide, depending on their purpose and the available space. Building codes require interior doors to be at least 80 inches tall and 24 inches wide. Knowing standard sizes helps you select a new door that fits properly in your existing opening.

It costs $600 to $2,000 or more to move an inside door. The total price depends on your location, the type of door, and materials needed to complete the project. Moving an interior door requires walling up the leftover space and opening up a new wall where you want the door to go instead. You’ll also want to plan for the expense of framing the new wall opening and adding trim.

Exterior door installation costs an average of $1,175, with a typical range of $525 to $1,800. The higher expense compared to the cost of interior doors comes from the need for exterior doors to be weather-proofed and they are often made of thicker, more durable materials. The associated exterior hardware must also be able to withstand harsh weather, so these cost more as well.

It costs between $300 to $2,500 to make a doorway wider on average. However, the wider you need the space to be, the more it will cost. Some homeowners choose to widen interior doorways to make the house more wheelchair accessible. In order to be wheelchair accessible, an interior door needs to be at least 32 to 36 inches wide. Also, some older homes just have narrow doorways due to the nature of how homes were built differently many decades ago.

It takes between two to five hours for a professional door installer to install an interior door, depending on complexity and materials. A pre-hung door typically takes around two hours, and larger doors like double French doors can take up to five hours. If you’re doing the project yourself, expect it to take a little longer than that, especially if you have little to no experience completing this type of project. Keep in mind that a pre-hung door can be installed about an hour or two faster than a slab door.
