I was skeptical this company could deliver all that they promised, as I was still smarting from a $10,500 chip seal done by another company that was a complete failure. They made a driveway 20' wide spanning to 40' wide and over 100' long. Also fixed 600' existing driveway. They also leveled pad site for the new home. Mr. Sardis Sr has over 40 years experience in building roads, and his son about 20 years. It shows in the quality of work. They own all equipment and trucks. I have NEVER seen a crew work harder. Quality caliche base from almost 100 miles away and pea sized millings. Each haul ranged 18 tons to 21 tons. Leveled a layer of base and sprayed with water. Then, a skid steer on rubber tracks compacted with a heavy roller. Another layer of base and more compacting. Then millings and compacting again. Mr. Sardis came back next day and rolled entire drive one more time. Left saying they would return to fix anything I wasn't happy about."

"These folks always do the best work and they are always so reasonably priced. They never go with upsell but instead opt for the "UP"-Service. You need your trees trimmed this is the company to go with."

"The guy I talked to over the phone was purely professional. However, the service was very different. The same spots I wanted cleaned are still there. I was told I needed to continue to treat the area with kitty litter. No soap or degreaser was used on spots. When I asked for sidewalks to be done, I was told they don't do that because neighbors might complain about the difference in the appearance of the sidewalk in front of their house vs. the sidewalk in front of my house."

"Do not spend your time or money here. The first time we went, we got accused (and yelled at) for trying to cut in line to make a purchase when we were trying figure out how to even select our products with the lack of directions and being ignored by staff. Still did not get help until I picked up a palate I found and walked it all the way over to what we needed. Guy apologized profusely, made it right, and we purchased a 1/2 ton of landscape stone, sand, fill stone, and decomposed granite. Assuming that was a fluke, I went back, with my 9 year old daughter in tow, to grab a few large matching landscape stones to complete my project and had THE most bizarre customer experience of my life. They were adamant I had to purchase stones from the few remaining pieces of a palate, stones that were too large or way to small for what I needed. I told them the specific number of stones I needed and what size, and that size happened to be on the top of the new palate right beside the almost empty one. Had one super helpful staff member helping me, apologizing for his coworkers. Had another guy being super confrontational come over multiple times while I picked out the stones from the new palate. Also has his nose hanging out of his mask while he was talking me and had to ask him THREE times to pull that thing over his nose. Finally after raising enough of a stink about being challenged by multiple employees about what stones I was allowed to buy, another guy running the sales register came over, saw what I was being asked to purchase, helped me finish getting the last of my stones, all while my kid was watching, in the heat, sweating her butt off. I will say, that if I was a male, I don’t think I would have been harassed, stood over, and challenged. Told my daughter on the way home sometimes as a female, when you are treated unfairly you just have to stand your ground and not take garbage. Need more black star gravel, but will be trying Round Rock landscape Supply."
