"I like that they arrived by scheduled time. They didn't charge me more when he realized I had 4 speakers vs 2 for him to hang for my surround sound. Even made a suggestion that would allow a better appearance and my husband was able to mount corner shelf as suggested. Work done looks near and no holes were placed in my walls. <br />My back porch gazebo now illuminates the back yard since we installed the LED lighting. It looks amazing. The owner was very nice, informative and reasonably priced. They left no mess to clean up, and spent almost two hours installing and talking with us on what we can use that is more cost and energy efficient with the same, if not better quality of high definition and more upgrades features. We are definitely using Texas Light & Sound again for future upgrades and/or installation."

"I wanted to convert my two-stall attached garage into a combination living space/utility room and Jon undertook the project. He did the following: * removed the garage door; in its place built a wall with openings for a triple window and a door; placed ZIP sheathing on the outside of that framing; in front of that wall built a cement ledge with a brick and mortar wall on top of it * installed Roxul insulation in the new wall and two of the existing walls * installed drywall on the three walls and several places in the ceiling where it was damaged or missing; taped the seams, applied compound, and sanded * built an uninsulated interior wall with a door opening * applied two coats of Behr paint to all the walls and the ceiling * installed three light/fan combos in the living area and a light in the utility room ceiling * installed Schluter Ditra on the living space floor followed by 17” x 17” porcelain tiles arranged in a diamond pattern and baseboard tiles around the living space perimeter * installed two steel exterior doors and one Larson exterior aluminum door along with their knobs and locks * replaced the attic door with an insulated one from Werner. Everything was done the way I wanted it done. The result was all that I had envisioned. I intend to call on Jon in the future to remodel the interior of my home and maintain its exterior (painting, roofing)."

"I am very pleased with the service they provided.  Two gentlemen came the same day I called and got to work right away.  We have a slanted ceiling and the new light/fan didn't have the right base.  So one of them stayed to assemble the new light/fan, and the other one went to Home Depot and found just the part we needed, and made a point to get a nickel-finished base that matched the light/fan perfectly.  They finished up the job and even offered to vacuum the floor.  They were both very polite and I felt they went above and beyond the call.  Not to mention that the price was very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes I got.  We have a few other light/fans that we need to replace and if we do, I will definitely be calling these guys back. "Sal did a fantastic job repairing the water damaged ceiling in my garage. The master bathtub drain had a slow leak, which eventually caused visible water damage to the subfloor/garage ceiling. After the drain was fixed Sal installed new insulation (the water damaged insulation had to be thrown away), covered the hole with new sheetrock that had to be cut in the ceiling by the water mitigation experts, and redid the textured ceiling so you can't even tell there was an issue. He really did an amazing job. In fact, I'm having him come back to fix some other things that I know need to be done, but simply don't have time to do with having younger kids and all."

"Yvonne and her assistant went right to work as soon as I'd explained the various problems - in particular the broken pipe, and the fact that I could no longer even locate the sprinkler heads on the other side of the driveway. She also found that most of the sprinkler heads had become too short as the lawn turf had grown since installation. Those were extended. She found every one of the and quot;missingand quot; sprinkler heads with out any problem (amazing). And she showed me an area where she suspected a leak and suggested I call City of Austin for an inspection, which I will do. All in all, I was definitely impressed with their expertise and professionalism. They exceeded my expectations by quite a bit.
