"I called Eagle to inquire about redoing our living room floor. We were on a tight schedule as we had painters and furniture arriving within two weeks. Thiago provided an estimate the same day and put us on his schedule the same week. The workers were courteous, neat and professional. They had to move an upright piano out of and back into the space and were able to move it without damaging the floor or piano. The floor came out beautiful. No more ugly pet stains. We would definitely use Eagle again."

"Amazing! Floor was sanded and screened to bare wood and then stained and poly'd. Dining room floor now looks like new construction so we've decided to have Artwood come back and refinish the kitchen, foyer, center hall and living room as well."

"I hired Aurelio to refinish my old oak stairs, carpeted at the time. After removing the carpet, we realized installing new stairs would have been the "better" option, but my budget didn't go in that direction. Aurelio and his team did their best to repair the damage and refinish the stairs. Aurelio suggested adding molding and 3/4 rounds to hide the places that couldn't be fixed, and that was a great idea. I'm sure when the project is finished (I'm having a painter paint the front faces of the stairs white), I'll be happy with the results, but I wish I had known a few things before hiring: 1) That the "material" (which wasn't included in the quote) would be grossly overpriced (I paid $1,200 for the carpet removal, repairs, sanding, staining and poly-coating, and $550 for material) 2) That the workers wouldn't wear shoe covers to keep my existing wood floors clean 3) That some wholes wouldn't be filled 4) That vertical surfaces of the stairs wouldn't be touched/fixed 4) And last but not least: That I would have NO SAY in the finish color. I wasn't shown a sample, given a color name, or called on site before the stairs were completely stained (and impossible to re-stain, I was told). The final color is about four levels lighter than my original wood floor (and the rest of my house). I understand you cannot match colors exactly, but the difference in tone and level is very noticeable. My "new" stairs are a light-ish pine-like color; my existing floors are between American Oak and Gunstock. As Aurelio puts it "When there are no lights on, you don't notice the color difference". I'm giving the company a B for the hard work done. But I learned my lesson."

"I can not speak highly enough of Alex, Dimitry, and David. They are artists who do an amazing job and charge a very fair price. We have a 1754 house, so nothing is simple. We asked them to refinish the flooring that we had in the great room. I have just completed renovating and wanted to have the 1950's floors refinished. Maybe someday we will put period flooring in, but for now, we just wanted the floor that we have to match the renovation. They blew us away with their quality and attention to detail. Alex was very patient with us and explained the whole process. In three days, our floor went from beat-up to beautiful. We were so impressed with their work, that we had them restore the historical plank floors that we have upstairs in our hallway and in one bedroom. They far exceeded what they did downstairs. I told Alex, my only regret is that we could not take the upstairs floors and bring them downstairs. We will be hiring them for all of our future flooring work."

"We hired Moura wood floors to refinish the floors in my parent's home. The house was built in 1958 and the floors were in desperate need of refinishing. Never did I imagine the floors would look so good after the Moura team completed their work. The floors came out beautiful. The Moura team arrived on time and were extremely professional. We have since recommended Moura Floors to others. I cannot thank the Moura team enough for the outstanding work they did!!!!"

"Thiago and his team helped us think through the options for fixing a hole in the floor from our removing an electrical socket. He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room. He suggested replacing just a few of the floor boards and quoted a very reasonable price. He sent a professional floor installer who worked very efficiently while protecting our furniture and paintings from dust. We are very happy with the results."

"Lucy's Floors did an amazing job on my new home. They installed wood flooring in part of the house and refinished hardwood floors in another part of the house. They did an amazing job! Lucy was very professional and helpful with needed materials. The pricing was very reasonable. Her staff were on time and very nice when I popped in to say hello. And most of all, my floors were wonderfully done. I have already recommended them to several friends."

"Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend Humberto. Professional, trustworthy, organized, reasonable rates and did an amazing cleanup after replacing my floors. I had him return to my home to completed other tasks, including chaging ceiling light with fan, multiple curtain rods and hanging up frames. All task completed as requested. I felt like he took care of my home like he would take care of his own."

"VRP was exceptional. They removed our old carpet, installed new wood flooring and did it quickly, quietly and professionally. We never even knew they were here except for the beautiful floors which replaced the carpet. We would absolutely use them again and I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of wood flooring!! Communication was also wonderful!"

"Beautiful work. They worked with us on our vinyl plank flooring choice and installed in 1 day. They did everything they promised and communication was excellent. Highly recommended."
