"I hired Ryan (and his architect partner Jay) to design a home in Kirkland -- a teardown and 5000 sq ft new home build on a steep slope on the water. I contracted the design and construction separately. When the permits were issued and it was time to select a builder, Ryan was busy with another large project and was unavailable for my construction. Relative to design, Ryan has an excellent eye for both form and function -- better IMO than most builders. He is very creative and as a builder, bridges the gaps between aesthetics, function and "build ability" extremely well. He helped a lot with many stunning design choices including a fantastic 20-ft wide sliding door to the patio."

"Thank you for the 3D designs. It saved a lot of money that would otherwise not have given the results."

"We needed some room additions to our small house in Burien. After speaking with several other architects and seeing how flaky they were right off the bat, we were dreading the whole process. After speaking with Char once we knew we were in good hands. Her communication was perfect. We would have weekly updates to go over the process and discuss any changes or recommendations. We were on a tight budget for the building costs, so when we found a contractor that we enjoyed, they were able to understand and calculate an accurate estimate from her drawings that were within our budget. She was able to get all the permitting for the additions from the City of Burien within 3 weeks with no redactions. We would hire her again, as matter of a fact, we did hire her for another build/design, Immediately after designing the house additions, but we just ran out of money for that build. I even recommended her to several other friends with their builds."

"I hired Iconiq Construction to remodel my kitchen and I’m very happy with the crew. Sean was amazing, always kept me updated through the whole process. Everything went smooth, no delays, and no extra charges. Couldn’t ask for better."

"The group performed a good job updating our old bathroom. They gave sensible design advice and took care to avoid plumbing issues. Coordination should be improved and there were a couple material delays. Overall, the makeover was respectable but the communication was mediocre."

"Josh has always been prompt and communicative with every interaction we've had. I initially got in touch with him about new construction design questions, and when we discovered that our current home porch posts had rotted through due to faulty design by the original home designer, Josh jumped into action. He had his engineer and construction crew to our door within 24 hours to take a look and put together a plan. He took my design ideas and brought them to life. He was transparent about all parts of the cost (to include his profit), and gave us to option to lower the cost by hauling away debris and painting the porch (which we were more than willing to do). Any delays with the work were met with a phone call and followup email if he didn't get through to either my husband or I immediately, and the construction crew did very high quality work. We were beyond pleased with his customer service! We will definitely use Revival Home Designs in the future when we decide to build our forever home."

"Rachel is fantastic to work with! Great at communicating and following through and what she plans to do. Great ideas and was flexible in working with my ideas as well as implementing her own touch on the design. 10/10 would hire again."

"It was a great experience to work with him. He exceeded my expectations."

"Marybeth and her crew were great. She stayed right on schedule and anything that was going to be overbudget was always discussed. She's a great resource for not only design but also project management and everything that entails. I would strongly recommend her and couldn't be happier with our selection. It's rare that a company lives up to their name but in the case of New Home Solutions they actually deliver solutions."
