Raul got to work right away! He explained the pickup process, and asked me to show areas of items I wanted them to remove, he was equipped with tools to dismantle a rusty old weight gym machine too! Both were professional, great customer service, worked fast, answered my questions, and gave positive attitude from beginning to end. As a customer, I was impressed with their quick action and organization of how they placed my junk in their tailor ;-)."
