"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"He repaired an old leaky flat roof that covers a patio at my house and he did an excellent job. The whole process was very stress free for me. The price he quoted was very reasonable, much more so than other companies. And mind you, this was done about two years ago, so I can attest that his work is reliable because I havent had any problems since. I also remember being impressed by the fact that I didnt have to clean up after his workers when they were done, which I always appreciate. Thumbs up!."

"They did all the work I needed and everything came out good my roof looks amazing never had no problems"

"I hired Prime One Roofing, LLC to install a new copper valley, install a new copper boot for a vent stack, repair my chimney, repair broken slate, and put protective coatings on metal on my roof. Prime One Roofing, LLC was honest and they had fair prices. The crew that was sent to perform the work were friendly and did a good job. I would hire them again."

"The flat roof over our medical office had reached the point where repairs were interfering with normal building operations. Leaks had occurred above a records room and near a staff corridor, while the roof surface contained blisters, open seams, and soft insulation around one internal drain. The building remained active throughout the week, so excessive noise, uncontrolled dust, interior access, and unexpected utility interruptions were major concerns. The contractor performed the exterior inspection and reviewed the affected interior areas after patient hours. A complete replacement was recommended because moisture extended beyond the visible openings and the existing membrane had widespread age-related deterioration. We selected a fully adhered single-ply system installed over new tapered insulation and a cover board. The proposal also included drain work, roof-hatch flashing, penetration details, and a measurable allowance for concealed deck repairs."
