"My parents has a really old water heater that needed replacing and J and J came to their rescue right away with exceptional customer service, pricing, and quality of work. J&J contacted me within 15 mins after I sent out a request on Angi. I had only sent one quote request because it was my first time ever using Angi and didnâ t know what to expect. So glad I went with my instinct and chose J&J out of the list of many. Within just a few hours, J&J arrived at the house with the water heater and did their magic! Karol even installed a safety pipe that my parents did not have for 23 years and explained thoroughly why it is needed and gave more safety advice which my dad really appreciates. My dad is a very difficult man to please but he is very happy with J&J! My parents are elderly and have an old house that by now, most things are breaking so I have been helping and working with many companies to fix so many things for the house this past year, including a new roof replacement just 2 weeks ago. "Sixteen tiles were replaced and shower curtain rod was reinstalled in the proper position. The shower area and around the toilet bowl was scraped and grouted. I wanted the grout a little thicker and he honored my wishes. It looks like a new bathroom!"

"Needed new shower head installed and leaking/not working shower and bathtub facets repaired in an 88 year old bathroom. The first plumber who came said had to bust up tile, cut wall, replace all new piping and facets, repair wall, install new tile and on and on. "Going to be very expensive." My response: "not happening." Called Mike Wallace. He was upfront from the start giving me pricing (over the phone) for visit and first 3 hours of labor if I agreed with his plan. Turns out all I needed was new valve seats and stem and new shower head. I sent him pic of shower head I wanted; and he brought it with him. Job done same day in a few hours! He said "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Now that's my kind of plumber! Give Mike a try, don't think you'll regret it."

"Had leaks around back French doors and needed finishing below door because my new installed deck was lower than previous deck. Also siding below deck was different color and needed replacing and stone veneer on front of house needed repair. Israel Residential Construction replaced siding below deck with perfect color match siding and gave me trim around deck and door that will channel water away from house. Waterproofing was done around the door with door frame cover and protective sheeting around door placed under siding insulation. Cement work was done on front that perfectly matched rock veneer that was missing. After over twenty five years of leaks they finally resolved the problem! The day after work was done it rained heavy but no leaks! Also David was great with customer relations. So grateful he resolved problem and will use Israel Residential Construction when I redo front siding in future."
